01 Acceptance of Terms

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting customer support. If you request closure for responsible gaming reasons, the closure will be treated as a self-exclusion and the account will not be reopened for the requested exclusion period regardless of subsequent requests.

• Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• Where an account is closed at the player's request with no breach involved, the remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonuses) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
